Artwork Submission Terms

Thank you for submitting artwork to Charlie & Bella’s Creations CIC. We are passionate about celebrating children’s creativity in a safe, positive, and supportive environment.

By submitting artwork through our website, forms, events, or creative activities, you agree to the following Artwork Submission Terms.

1. Permission To Submit Artwork

Artwork submitted to Charlie & Bella’s Creations CIC must be uploaded:

  • by a parent or legal guardian,

  • by a school or organisation with appropriate permission,

  • or with full permission from the child’s parent/guardian.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have permission to share the content.

2. Ownership Of Artwork

The original creator always keeps ownership of their artwork.

Submitting artwork to Charlie & Bella’s Creations CIC does not transfer copyright ownership to us.

3. Permission To Display Artwork

By submitting artwork, you give Charlie & Bella’s Creations CIC permission to:

  • display the artwork on our website,

  • feature artwork within our Gallery Wall,

  • include artwork in creative campaigns,

  • share artwork on our social media platforms,

  • use artwork in promotional materials related to our CIC activities,

  • feature artwork in charity auctions where permission has been given.

4. Charity Auction Participation

Some artwork may be selected or approved for charity auction events.

Where artwork is entered into an auction:

  • parents/guardians must provide consent,

  • auction details may be displayed publicly,

  • winning bidders may receive the artwork after payment is completed.

Auction proceeds may be shared between:

  • young artists or creative initiatives,

  • selected charities,

  • operational and event costs.

Percentage allocations may vary depending on the event or campaign.

5. Appropriate Content

All submitted artwork must be suitable for children and family audiences.

We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or decline artwork that includes:

  • offensive material,

  • harmful or inappropriate content,

  • copyrighted or stolen imagery,

  • discriminatory or abusive content,

  • unsafe or unsuitable themes.

6. Child Safety & Privacy

Protecting children’s privacy is extremely important to us.

We aim to:

  • only use limited child information such as first name and age where permission is provided,

  • avoid sharing sensitive personal details,

  • moderate content before publication where possible,

  • create a safe and respectful creative environment.

Parents/guardians may request content removal at any time.

7. Image Quality

To help artwork appear clearly within our galleries and auctions, we recommend:

  • clear photographs,

  • good lighting,

  • minimal background clutter,

  • high-quality images where possible.​

8. Removal Requests

Parents or guardians may contact us at any time to:

  • request removal of artwork,

  • update information,

  • remove consent for display or promotional use.

We will aim to respond as quickly as possible.

9. Changes To These Terms

Charlie & Bella’s Creations CIC may update these Artwork Submission Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will appear on this page.
